1.准备原材料新鲜的鸡翅尖、葱、姜、蒜备用。

2.锅中烧开水放入鸡翅尖同时放入料酒焯水去除鸡翅尖多余的油脂和杂质。

3.焯好水断生的鸡翅尖立即放入冷水中过凉冲洗干净。

4.处理好的鸡翅尖沥干水份备用。

5.锅中添加适量清水放入鸡翅尖再放入姜片、葱、蒜、调料包。

6.倒入调味料一品鲜酱油、蚝油、糖大火炖起来。

7.鸡翅尖炖制八成熟时放入盐和味精改小火慢炖。

8.炖制汤汁快收干时翻炒均匀入味即可出锅享用。
